At MUSASHI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home sanctuary. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your MUSASHI account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
